Waiting lists

Along with the suggestion below, it would be nice to
have a waiting list for when shows are sold out.
Then when people cancel, the people on the waiting
list are emailed asking if they would like the ticket.

Also, at the same time that the confirm/cancel
emails are sent out, an email with
--------------------------------------------------------------
"you are <number> on the waiting list, we expect
<number> of tickets to become availiable at the
door, you may want to come and see if there are
open seats, but we cannot promise availiablity"
--------------------------------------------------------------

Or something like that
