Would it be possible to have the following displayed
when the barcode is entered:

If paid: Paid
If unpaid: Amount due, number/type of tickets

All: Seat/Row

Perhaps also have an option for a shorter barcode
prefixed by and event code so that a user typing in the
number instead of a barcode scanner can have an easier
time.

for example, for event "Play 1" the ticket number could

obviously this would have to be an option as barcodes
can't read letters, but would help those of us who cant
afford scanners :)

It would also be nice to have an option to print a ticket
at the event. That way if online payment is not an
option, someone can print out the "ticket" with the
number on it and have the ticket issued at the door
when payment is given(thus the amout due part above)
Of course, this would also require a searchable database
of names if someone forgot to bring a reciept and/or
confirmation number
