Error in downloading

Today I downloaded the file from Asia, Australia and
north America server.

All the three zips are giving same problem.

"End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either
this file is not a Zip file, or it constitutes one disk
of a multi-part Zip file."

could be please help me out.

I wish to translate PHPVideopro. the reply sent to you
at izzysoft@qumran.org is bouncing me back always.. saying
Recipient address: izzysoft@qumran.org
Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address
