The initial page appears with no problems, I can see the <br />
IDE and the Requirements text (all of them are in OK <br />
state).<br />
But when I click on CONTINUE I get the following <br />
message:<br />

on line &lt;b&gt;39&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</p>
<p>Besides, the New, Open, Print and Help buttons aren't <br />
available (Save and Search are).</p>
<p>Can you give me any clue?</p>
