Recent changes to mod-xwysiwyg

Error installing module

After installing the module, I clicked on Go to this
module and got the following error:

FATAL: File copy of
'http://www.firebird.ch/xwysiwyg/editors/list41.txt' to
'/var/www/cms/files/xwysiwyg/editors/list.txt' failed.
Originating file cannot be read or does not exist.

FCK Editor 2.0 RC3

There is a new version of FCK editor, 2.0 RC3. Will it
work with xwysiwyg by replacing the files in the _fck
directory or is more modification necessary?

Potential blank lines added to the end of a php file.

I do not know if the user added blank lines after the
end of the php file, ?>, or the editor added them. Can
the editor clearly display the end of the file so a new
user won't add these blanks? The user received one of
the "Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session
cookie - headers already sent by (output started at..."
messages after using the editor.

I have a new installation with PHPWSv 10 and the
xwysiwyg module. I am having some trouble that I
simply dont understand. The mod installed no problem.
If I select FCK and then go to edit a page and click the
xw the editor appears and most of it seems to work
correctly.(I have found that is not true on all machines
that I tested from on some NO editor appears) If I select
htmlarea and then go to a page a click xw an error on
the page shows at the bottom and NO editor appears at
all.

I think I followed all of the directions in installation but I
am not sure what I may have missed. Any help will be
appreciated.
Where within the _fck do you set the images directory?
How do I get HTMLarea to appear.

I have used htmlarea with older hacked versions of the
install and they seem to work fine but I really would like
to use the module.

xwysiwyg-NOT working

not working with phpWebSite v0.10.0.

ALSO, in my installation, inside teh /js directory, the
wysiwyg.php file was not there! instead it was:
client_sniff.js

Pls give me a clue

FCKEditor does not appear

I cannot get the FCKEditor to run on Firefox 1.0.
HTMLArea works but fck doesn't seem to start, the
hourglass changes but then you are left with nothing.
No toolbar, no textarea.

Any ideas?

RFE: Remove link not shown if no permission

If a user does not have permission to change the module
settings, the Remove wysiwyg-editor link should not
appear. We shouldn't tempt them. ;-)
