Adding a new recipe problem

I have tried adding a new recipe to the database and it
is not inserting correctly.

The recipe gets inserted and also appears under What
Can I Make? but when you go into the recipe details it
does not list the ingredient list. It does list the
Glassware used though.

Any suggestions please? or is it a bug?
