packaged in the phpxmlclasses tar file.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, when i download the file, the &lt;br /&gt;
phpxmlclasses.tar.gz that is inside the main tar.gz is &lt;br /&gt;
corrupt.  I was wondering if there was in individual link to &lt;br /&gt;
the DTD parser?&lt;/p&gt;
