How might this happen? Is there a bug? Please advise. Thanks!

from my pjb100 onto my pc.

Each time I try to download any track no music is
download. The following error shows up. "Track XXX is
corrupted, unable to complete download. File XXXX may
not have all music data."

Are all my files in fact corrupted and unable to salvage
off of pjb100 or is there something I can do?

Many thanks,

I should be grateful if someone could give
me advice as to why uploading from my PJB100 to my
laptop is now very slow. The transfer rate is less than
playback speed! My system is running on Microsfot XP
and I have Norton Antivirus software loaded – but it
seems to make no difference if I shut off the virus
checker. The processor does not seem to be working
hard and there seems to be plenty of memory. Please
email me at rjkbradford@hotmail.com of you have any
