It was working fine on my WinXP 64-bit. The one day I could not open it. So I am unable to open it now.
I downloaded the new version, unzipped it into old directory and still cannot open.
Any ideas and/or suggestions?
I dont mind re-installing it but I want to make sure I save the data. So How would I do that and how should I do the re-install?
Thank you!

Partial search

Hi,
I have installed your tool and I have few questions:
1. Can it do partial search like "pay" should bring up all partial matches?
2. How many knowledge base articles can it handle? will it be slower if it gets into thousands?
3. How is the data saved?
4. Can this tool be hooked up to a database?
