FTP error

When running with
PACKAGES=ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/3.1/i386/All/ I get some errors:
FTP CD ERROR
FTP GET ERROR

tagged packages installation

* After installing all tagges packages, there's no request to press return, just like after deinstalling tagged packages (see above).
I think this should be added for consistency.

* when tagging packages that were determined via PACKAGES, and then pressing 'i' to install the tagged packages, there's a question "install type: (b)inaries / (s)ource ?" - i think that should not ask and just use binary packages if PACKAGES is set.

Tagging category

* right now, one can tag a category, but when looking inside it, none of the packages is tagged. maybe they should be? (it's what I'd expect)

* when tagging a package, the packages gets a '+' in the display. when going back to the categories view, would it make sense to print the '+' there as well, so one knows that there's a tagged package in there?

Multiple package deinstallation

* when tagging a bunch of packages and pressing 'd' to de-install tagged pkgs, it returns immediately instead of asking for return to press.
maybe it should, for consistency (you could make that a preferences setting to require pressing return after an operation...)

Package dependency

* in the "Package administrative and information" view, pressing 'e' to display dependencies for jpeg doesn't show anything. If there's nothing (which is actually the case here!) that should be printed to avoid confusion.

when in the display of available packages and pressing "l" (installed packages), is there a way to go back to the "installable packages" (or whatever you call that default) view? Maybe 'l' can be made a toggle?

Recursive package deinstallation

If I have tcl & tk installed, and delete tcl recursively, there's a message at the and that tcl is not installed and can't be deinstalled *after* asking to press return. Is pkg_delete ran twice there?

gzipped pkg_summary

besides a "pkg_summary" file, please look for a .gz variant (see ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/3.1/i386/All/pkg_summary.gz for an example)
