Resize, copy images into web dir

Install PythonMagick, use it to create the 300x[whatever]
image for the article, and copy the original image to
imgs_big.

Have the editor put the image file in
Articles\[id]\[imgnum]\[imgfilename], and just read() it out.
Use PythonMagick to fix sizes, etc.

Import soon fails to ask for images

After a while, the ImportFromTaggedTexts stops asking
for images.

I don't know why, but I tried fixing it by using yn_input
instead of the goofy old way. It's all based on local
variables, so I don't see why it should work.

You should extract volume and issue num/names from
the pm data rather than trying to generate it.
