Wrong snapshots after merging segments

Once the user has merged segments, when they request to capture snapshots, those snapshots are captured according to the initial MPEG-7 segments.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Load an MPEG-7 document
2) Load a video file
3) Use the "take snapshots" command
4) Merge any segments you like
5) Use the "take snapshots" command again..

The snapshots of the 2nd "take snapshots" execution are the same with the ones from the 1st execuion..

When there are less snapshot picture than columns in the JTable, the following error is raised :

missing elements

There is no save button. The Export To... menu items should be moved to File menu.

Upon saving, a check should be made for overwritings.

not cleared UI fields

When a segment structured annotation element is removed, the Refrence and Name fields are not cleared.
