add the possibility to load a file in parts, so there
will be no server timeout

Ver.2 seems to be loading very fast. Do you think we should
still consider breaking up the file for load, or is the load ok for
the present?

I think it is ok for this version.....
It is already loading a lot faster.
We should keep it as a reminder for a future version.
People might want to load very big files.

The 'vorsten' file only loads on my server because safe-mode
is switched off.
