In Eclipse's Java perspective, Ctrl+I will automatically set indentation for a highlighted block of code. Ctrl+Shift+F will automatically format code. The PovClipse editor could support that.

Fit into netbooks screen

I'm a new user of your project, but an old one of Pov-Ray, and I first want to congratulate your team for this tool, and thank you for your work !

I first used your plugin on my netbook, and the render preference wizard is not completely displayed. Adding sliders in the frames could be a solution...
You can see my problem viewing the attached file.

Support for softlinks / junction points

When POV file to render is selected with a softlink in the path, an error saying that file does not belong to any project is displayed.
Everything is fine when tha physical path without links is used.

I have following paths

/home/disnel/0Work/<some project>/blahblah/version_nn/POV
/home/disnel/0Work/<link directly to version nn>

2nd is a softlink to version_nn dir from first.
Eclipse project path is set to first one.
When I choose file to render with file selector using second path, it is unresolved and PovClipse says, than file does not belong to any project.

Shared settings for render configurations

In projects with more POV files to render (typically more view of some scene) may be useful to have an option to share render settings between all project render configurations.

For example for scene development I need to have antialias off, mosaic preview on, DetailLevel variable set to 1 and resolution small, for scene ligting DetailLevel to 10 and for final render antialias on, DetailLevel to 20, resolution high etc. Now I have three or four render configurations for each pov file. Some solution with shared settings and only one configuration for each file will be more convenient and transparent.

Hide Povray window when executing a render

Would it be possible to hide the Povray window when executing a render? You are showing the console streams and the image output, so if the Povray window could be hidden then the Povclipse interface could look seamless...

A command such as "start /min pvengine.exe example.pov /exit" would start povray minimized, I believe. (Although the splash screen will still show unfortunately).

(I could, I suppose, recompile Povray to make the Main window and splash screen invisible, but was wondering if there is a simplier solution?)

Highlight line in editor on parser error

Would it be possible to highlight and focus the editor on the line that causes a povray parser failure?

Should be feasible, as you're reading Povray's error console and the first line is usually:
File <filename> Line:<linenumber>

Auto-save would be nice

Before rendering an image, all relevant source files that contain unsaved changes should be saved to disk so that PovRay sees those changes.
