Hi, we are currently having some trouble at our company when some of our colleagues want to install process dashboard in their computers, for all of them the error is something to do with an expired certificate, but they all have jre 1.8.0 installed. We have done some tests changing the java version but without success so far.
Can you help us with this? I'm going to attach the error.
    Thanks!

The error message you've attached pertains to errors surrounding JNLP files and Java Web Start. This is odd because the Process Dashboard is not a Web Start application, and neither is the installer.

    I have a few questions:

    1. Which operating system are you using? Windows, Mac, Linux, something else?
    2. Which Process Dashboard installer did you download?
    3. How are you launching the installer? Are you double-clicking on it, or running something from the command line?

    Thanks in advance,

    David

Hi David, thanks for the response!
Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. In all of the colleague's computers we have Windows 10.
    2. We have a license of process dashboard enterprise server, so we do the download of the installer directly in that server, the installer is a jnlp file.
    3. We are launching the installer by double-clicking on it.

Again, thank you for the answer!
