&lt;p&gt;this is a cool application.&lt;br /&gt;
Always on top is a nice feature, but it can be improved by adding a one button to the title bar (next to the minimize button). That way you can easily "pin" a window on the desktop, AND you have a visual clue about which window that will stay on top.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;See the freeware "Filebox Extender" for example, who has implemented this feature.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can opt to provide more buttons on the title bar, such as minimize to tray etc.&lt;/p&gt;
