Update system tray icon tool tip

When you hover over the system tray icon it shows the window title of the minimized window it a tooltip. This value is never refreshed while the application is in the system tray, unfortunately.

For example, I always have gmail open in an Internet Explorer window at work, but I usually want to keep it minimized. With PMW it's even better, because I can just keep it in the system tray, where it uses a lot less space. The only problem is that when I hover over it, the window title information hasn't been refreshed.

So, if i had no new mail messages, it's always going to show that, even though the title of the window has changed to reflect the fact that new messages have arrived.
