New prolog file

It would be very nice that we can use a new specific file for prolog, although it will be the same as the generic new file with comments or something as a basic template. Also could be a good idea include an entry of "new example file" with same content that a simple test (for example, the examples of Wikipedia about prolog or something as that).

Use run configurations

It would be nice that we can use the run configurations to run files on console as with other languages.

When in eclipse' console I can't use the arrow keys properly. Meaning: I can't repeat my last commands which is quit annoying. However I'm not sure if this might be an eclipse issue. I couldn't find anything via google, that supports the assumption.

predicate references and refactoring

Very nice plugin! I'd really love to see predicate references (finding out in which files certain predicates are being used) and refactoring (at least being able to rename predicates across files).
