Suggest existing tasks when on task add page

Often someone submits a task or bug that has already been handled, but the user may not have searched existing cases first.

As the user types their description in the addition form we could scan that text for keywords and suggest existing tasks/bugs that might already match the one they're adding. This could either be done while typing or as an intermediate page between the form and actually saving the new task.

Component lists not clickable

When viewing the list of compents for a project you should be able to click to see task lists, etc. on each.

ability to set 'default' component in a project

Right now there's no way to asssign a 'default' component to a project.

submit dependent tickets from current ticket

When viewing any ticket in the system there should be a button/link to create a dependent ticket without having to specify the relationship yourself.
