<div class="markdown_content"><p>Hello,</p> <p>I am expecting to use your software APP to handle a real project of software development that I have (about 4500 Men.Days).</p> <p>In order to learn how to use it, I started with very simple cases and I found out that the optimisation algorithm was not giving the best solution.</p> <p>I have attached an example of project very simple (only 2 tasks and 2 guys).</p> <p>The project consists in specifying then developing a piece of software using 1 guy for the specifications (8 hours) and another one for the software development (8 hours).</p> <p>I found out the following problems when using the APP software:</p> <p>- The load of each task is increased by 20% even when I specify that no training is necessary. That results in 10 hours instead of 8. (I have run other examples with bigger figures and I have also observed an extra rate of 20%).</p> <p>- The software does not start the development immediately after the specifications as it should. Instead of that, it starts the week after.
