The files are in the folder /home/myusername/sources/ProjectX_Source_0.90.4/

The program can be started from the terminal by cd-ing into the above folder and issuing the command:

java -jar ProjectX.jar

Can I just relocate the files to another folder? Which folder would be best? And how do I make the program accessible to all users?

Would be nice if there was a linux installer. Will ProjectX always be a Java program or is there a posibilty of a QT or GTK GUI?

error processing options

The existing option to ignore video errors should be
expanded to allow specific types of errors to be
selectively ignored. For instance, GOP timecode
errors, missing frames - much as PVAstrumento lets you
do. At present, i can't use Projectx to split a file
that contains two different TV recordings taken from a
DVD as the timecodes of the second recording stop
projectx.

converting multiple files

If multiple files are selected for conversion (list in
the bottom of the window) the number of written frames
conversion at time the conversion works.
Do I do something wrong or is there bug?

Unable to launch ProjectX from FC4

I have installed java SDK and JRE, compiled ProjectX

ihr schreibt in eurer Release-Note des Pre-Releases:

"the source/key/settings handling has been changed
completely, that means i.e. CL + ini parameters.
old one's aren't compatible and won't work anymore.
tell us, whether or not more CLI switches are
wished. (with examples)"

muss?
