I am using ProjectLibre 1.9.3 on the Japanese version of Windows 10.
When entering task names consecutively in Names, in the case of alphabets that do not use IME, you can enter them consecutively by simply repeating the task name and the Enter key.
If you are using IME, pressing the task name and the Enter key will move to the next cell, so you need to click the cell to the input status. If you don't do this, the Japanese task name entered on the IME will disappear without being assigned to Names when you press the Enter key.
It would be nice to be able to enter Names one after another just by repeating the item name and the Enter key like in EXCEL.

Thank you for your message.... we were not aware of the IME issue and appreciate the message. You may want to upgrade to ProjectLibre 1.9.4 but this would still be an issue. We will need to look at it when we make modifications to the spreadsheet.
