Just had a quick look at the extracted zip file, and to anyone
else that has the same questions.
1) Download the zip file, it's all included. You may also want
the patch
2) Haven't figured that out yet. But at a guess, install the SQL
files, set up the admin and then the rest should plug and play
3) No, not likely. Free webservers rarely let people use
scripts, and I haven't seen any that let them use mySql
4) If you are using your home computer as a server, then you
will need at least the AMP setup. (Apache mySQL PHP), if
you are using a webhosting service you will need permissions
to use their mySQL.
5) The current version doesn't seem to have any install files,
but apparently there is an earlier version that does.
