In the MS Terminal Services client there is a possibility
to define:
alternate shell:s:notepad.exe
shell working directory:s:C:\
in the .rdp file. This allows the admin to allow access to
a specific application rather than a full desktop.
If would be very help full if the same options where
available as parameters in the <param name="name"
value="value" /> form and supported by the applet.

This will of course only be applicable if the passing of
password to the Terminal Server via the
<param name="password" value="xxxx">
is working. I dont seem to be able to do this at the moment.
The username works fine and is populated in the username
field...but the password field is empty...
