localProxy because it was a hackish way to get it done &lt;br /&gt;
quickly.&lt;br /&gt;
Bad move. &lt;br /&gt;
Now need to separate them out again, call them &lt;br /&gt;
services again, remove the dependency of the service &lt;br /&gt;
type/host on the listening port (since a single &lt;br /&gt;
service like email may need several hosts and &lt;br /&gt;
therefore several listening ports in localhost). The &lt;br /&gt;
code uses the listening port to determine the service &lt;br /&gt;
number - fix.&lt;br /&gt;
For example, this means that changing the news service &lt;br /&gt;
port in the GUI away from 10119, means the service &lt;br /&gt;
number is not even found in the back end and no port &lt;br /&gt;
is allocated at all!&lt;/p&gt;
