Multithreaded OCR and conversion

The OCR and conversion step should be broken away from the DjVu append step, so that they can be performed in parallel, as currently Tesseract doesn't take advantage of a multicore environment. However, the DjVu append step is not thread-safe as there is a single DjVu file to append to.

Bitmap buttons

Use "proper" bitmap+label buttons (should be supported in wx 2.9)

Internal console

Use an internal console so that the external one is no longer required. This needs to have ability to accept input since the upload step needs verification. Alternatively, the upload queries are made into a GUI interface, and we then don't need the console to be interactive.
