New Snap Functionality is Ready to be tested
The new Snap Functionality is ready from the source code.
This functionality Allow the user to select the snap matrix to use douring the drawing.
Actually only MidPoint EndPoint and IntersectionPoint is ready to be used.
As soon as will came Quadrant,Tangent,Perpendicular,In Point ..
