resource editor for lining up components.  A ruler along &lt;br /&gt;
with that would be nice to see visually if things are lined &lt;br /&gt;
up by clicking on the ruler and seeing a vertical or &lt;br /&gt;
horizontal line projecting from that location in the ruler &lt;br /&gt;
as to how things are lined up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To complement the above:&lt;br /&gt;
When a component is selected, it would be nice to be &lt;br /&gt;
able to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to be able &lt;br /&gt;
to move components around for very detailed precision &lt;br /&gt;
of alignment.  For example, hold the shift key down and &lt;br /&gt;
hit the arrow key would grow/size the component(s) in &lt;br /&gt;
the indicated direction.  Holding the control key down &lt;br /&gt;
and hit the arrow key would move the component(s) in &lt;br /&gt;
right direction.  These movements would be very &lt;br /&gt;
granular so as to be able to alight components precisely &lt;br /&gt;
when doing form development.&lt;/p&gt;
