Open new tabs with current DB

If I create a new tab, Could that tab default to the
server/db being used in the current tab? (reasoning:
I often open new tabs to test stored procedures i'm
working on...as it is now, it sometimes opens to the
same DB, sometimes it opens to the default db of the
first server in my list, which forces me to go change
the db manually)
