How to use it?

I'm a new user of SourceForge interested in translation
tools.
I've downloaded QuickTranslate 2.4 for Win32.
I've unzipped the file and I've launched the .EXE
It has open a single window with 2 edit boxes.
What can I do with it?
There is no menu, no button, no help.
There is no readme in the zip file and couldn't find
any user manual or instruction on the web site.

So, how to use it? How to tell to go to Babel Fish or
Systran or any online translation tool? How to select
another language?

No tienen pensado implementar algún README o
INSTALL ?? Seria buena idea al menos colocar lo básico
para correr el programa en linux y donde se pueden
conseguir los paquetes :)
