Running 2.0.0.70 on Win7 Home Premium with SP1. After launching it reports the following message:
"Error in the GetComDevicesList opening registry key: "HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\SERIALCOMM"
Please report your OS version and Realterm version to crun, bla bla."
Program continues working.

I downloaded version 3.0.0.33 (stable enough) and saw the dialog still appears but the message is more descriptive and points the possible cause (effectively no serial-usb drivers were installed). Good.
Thanks for answering. I wish to ask a question here without opening a ticket:
In version 3.0.0.33 and with some newer I tried, I noticed it tries to connect to some Internet IPs as soon as the program starts. I couldn't find any option (calling for update check?), related. What is the reason of these connections?.
