I have downloaded version 3.0.0.30 of realterm. I use it to monitor the communication between a microcontroler and a gsm modem. Since i use 3.0.0.30 is see stange text message in my commuication data. Neither the GSM modem or the microcontroller generates this messages. In the Realterm1.jpg file this are the messages: LabelRepeats, UART receiver framing error.
In the Realterm.jpg this are the messages: Bus Num, Status. ComboBoxBL301MString and RadioGroupMax127.
Where do these message come from ? In earlier versions of realterm i have never seen it and the certainly don't come from my application.
It sounds like this bug: https://sourceforge.net/p/realterm/news/2016/06/30030/
Significant BUG
Ascii/Show ALL CHARS emulator was being corrupted when NULL (0x00) is received. This bug is probably in all V3
HACK: For now, it displays 0xFE when NULL is received. Best to use a Hex emulator if you need to see nulls accurately.
However, this should have been hacked in V...30
What emulator are you using?
fixed V3.0.0.31 , please test.
