RT Java version check fails

The latest version of RT won't start because it fails it's Java version check. I currently have Java 1.7.x installed, but the RT error message calls for Java 1.6.x

Bad SQL in AppComponentVersionedItemTypeDAOO

We have some bad SQL that tries to access non-existent id column in some database tables that are accessed by AppComponentVersionedItemTypeDAO.

This came to light when a modified local recommendation order was older than the one in the database. The RT tried to replace the local with the version stored database, but hit the bug when it tried to retrieve the database's version and died.

Focus Listeners cause NPE in General Panel

The new Focus Listener driven debug messages (added in rev 1023) for the "Add New Application" General Panel cause NPE's when the application is new.

Ex:
app.getName().equals(...) throws a NPE because the ApplicationType's name element hasn't been set yet.

Compliance Check "Update Here..." dialog opens slowly

When updating a check file on a compliance check, a dialog can prompt users to "update everywhere, update here only, or cancel". This dialog takes a moment to load and is modal, so users can sometimes select an underlying window before the dialog fully loads. This leaves the RT in a state where users can't select anything.

DB foreign keys too restrictive

Many of the foreign keys in the database are too restrictive. They reference single columns in other tables rather than the tuples we are really concerned with. In most cases, the FK should reference an id and an application_id rather than just the id. Since many ids, such as profile_id are not system unique, but unique within an application, trying to delete a row from the Profile_Recommendation table may not be permitted if there are multiple applications with the same profile or recommendation ids.

More complete error messages in dialog

The error dialog that shows stack traces doesn't include the full stack trace that shows up in the log file. It also doesn't include the error message from outside the text area, so that doesn't get copied to the clipboard when users report errors.

Compliance Checks table throws NPE

If an application's compliance checks refs element is set and the complaince checks container isn't set, a NPE will be thrown when someone attempts to open a rule for editing

New Order Number elements aren't synced properly

Recommendation/Profile/Group Order Numbers which aren't inserted into a document properly during a NEW update transaction.

Application Platform Reference Files aren't synced properly

The Application::PlatformReference element isn't copied over during an update. The ApplicationTypeUpdateTransaction::handleModifiedTransaction() method should apply modifications to the PlatformReference element, but doesn't.

Deleted Rules appear in Profile Selection

When going to create a new Profile, deleted rules appear in the list of rules to select for the profile. There is no way to distinguish deleted from active rules in the profile section, so when outputting XCCDF, references to these deleted rules are included.

Deleted rules should not be available for selection in Profiles.
