Boot.efi / Kernel fail / Time Machine

After a Time machine Bkup well done, (OSX 10.6.8 i suppose.. can't remember exactly)
on the next reboot this error show me up (with big surprise for me) " Error: Aborted returned from boot.efi " in the refit shell, after a long time waitin'.

OSX don't boot (neither in the original Mac Boot with alt_option command) and i haven't other partitions on my mac just OSX, so i tried to restore the situation. Updated rEFIt from 0.8 to 0.14 but nothin' changes.
The last part of this guide seems to be appropiate, http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-784391.html , so i tried to re-sync the partition tables with rEFIt (gptsync). This have restored rEFIt, and the things seemed to go in the righ way but it crash in the grey loadscreen the grey apple become a denial sign and this error came up:
Loading 'mach_Kernel'...
Error loading Kernel 'mach_Kernel' (0x80000012)
Error : Aborted returned from boot.efi
