Explicitely supply SMAF subformat for encoding

This is supposed to be attached to "[ 1846922 ] Explicitely supply SMAF subformat for encoding," but I don't see anything on that page that lets me add attachments to upload the file.

I don't know for sure what the situation is with this file, but in Yamaha Wave Sound Decorator, it gives me the option of down-sampling to 8kHz, and then still allows me to select MA7 when saving the file.

If it's not an 8kHz MA7, but in fact something else, I'd be interested to know.
