<div class="markdown_content"><p>I have been using rexx/sql with ooRexx under Windows XP for several years now, and it worked well with ACCESS odbc.</p> <p>My windows system has gone belly up and I need to transfer my programs to my linux system (Ubuntu 12.10).</p> <p>I have already loaded my database data into a MySQL database.</p> <p>I am unable to get rexx/sql to handle the communication from ooRexx 4.1.0 and MySQL 5.5</p> <p>I have the output from the configure, make, and make install steps.<br /> I can send them to you if needed.</p> <p>the simple.cmd test gave these results:<br /> Program failed: syntax error on line 19<br /> SQLCA.INTERRM<br /> (SQLCA.SQLSTATE) SQLCA.SQLERRM<br /> 52 *-* Call SQLDropFuncs 'UNLOAD'<br /> 56 *-* Call Abort 'syntax error on line' sigl<br /> REX0043E: Error 43 running /home/bill/Download/REXX/RexxSql-2.6B3/rxsql26B3_src/samples/simple.cmd line 52: Routine not found<br /> REX0417E: Error 43.1: Could not find routine "SQLDROPFUNCS"</p> <p>Now what?
