I simply clicked the Download option that was presented by the web page linked in the email notifying me of the latest version being available.<br/> The file downloaded was robocode-1.9.3.8-src.zip which did not contain the setup.jar<br/> I went back to the web site and selected Files and found the setup.jar, downloaded and ran it and all is now good.</p></div>
