bk says: add support for post sql while your at it;
keep your eye on the scheduler with long running jobs.

i know the whole point of this project was t support
the .jasper report files created by iReport, but we
should support other report types as well.

All I have in mind right now are text output reports
from SQL queries. A couple report types I currently
use and need rptserver to support are CSV and XML.

Rptserver users should be able to specify a file
containing the sql query and filename where the output
should go.

Should also support existing mail setup. We should be
able to attach the .csv to an email just as we do for
pdf's currently.

Right now you can't pass in any report params. This
should be able to be used.

For now, let's just add String passing.

Add classpath checking for runtime.jar

As part of the startup of Main, the classpath should be
checked for runtime.jar in the classpath. If it is, an
error should be logged.

need dependency check

i need an optional query to check for dependecy
completion prior to report processing.

i'm thinking a <check> attribute needs to be added to
the the <report> section in the xml. how about
something like this:

<check>
<query>select 1 from dual</query>
<alert>user@domain.com</alert>
</check>

if the query returns '1', process the report
if the query returns '0', send an email to the <alert>
address saying that the report did not run because the
dependency check failed.

Logging to Stdout messy

Stdout should go here as well
might as well deamonize the report server as well
