&lt;p&gt;I've been using LDAP::SSLConn pretty successfully for a&lt;br /&gt;
few months now.  We recently upgraded our server to RHE&lt;br /&gt;
4, and that changed moved our certificates to another&lt;br /&gt;
location.  After some tweaking we've managed to get our&lt;br /&gt;
perl and php ldap scripts to find the new location, but&lt;br /&gt;
I can't figure out how to specify cert location in&lt;br /&gt;
ruby-ldap.  Could you please help? have the ability to take a cleartext password and MD5&lt;br /&gt;
encrypt it to enter into LDAP? I'm having trouble with&lt;br /&gt;
that on my own.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I plan on making greater use of your tools in the&lt;br /&gt;
future versions of my program.&lt;/p&gt;

use ruby-ldap to develop an application that will run &lt;br /&gt;
under WIN32. Do you think it is possible or should I &lt;br /&gt;
despairly find another language to write my application ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I tried to compile the source under win32 with devcpp &lt;br /&gt;
compiler but it's not working at all !!!&lt;/p&gt;
