<div class="markdown_content"><p>After the install is complete and I reboot, my system <br /> comes back up, but explorer.exe is all messed up. I <br /> can't click the start button, and it isn't updated at <br /> all and I have to boot into safe mode. If I then go <br /> to add/remove programs and remove ruby166-0 everything <br /> is back to normal.</p> <p>This is on Windows 2000 sp2 with all the latest hot <br /> patches.</p> <p>I got hold of 1.6.7 that isn't an actual install, but <br /> a zip and if I just unzip into c:\ruby all is well.</p></div>
