RDE Install Path Problem

I used zip version of RDE and unzipped the binaries
in my desktop. After some time I removed it and
installed RDE using the installer in Program Files
folder. However the new version keeps pointing to the
now-nonexistent RDE folder in my desktop. It even
refuses to close because of missing key.ini in the
missing folder. How do correct this behavior?
