Uninstall impossible

I've installed RAA on my admin session and now I've lost my right of admin!!
I've tried to uninstall it with cmd /r but an error appears --> " error 0x000005"
I've tried to install again and uninstall but the problem still the same.
I've tried to change on HKEY the shell ... But I've no rights :/
Do you know the method to uninstall and retablish my rights???

Help me...

Taskbar not showing, etc.

Hi,

I've been using RAA for quite a while now with no problems. Since yesterday, when I start my computer the taskbar is not displayed. Hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del does not display the task manager either.

What could have changed? Any idea how to fix this?

Problem with IE after uninstall

Tried RAA 2.0.0 beta 9, decided it wasn't what I wanted, so I uninstalled it.
If I run IE 7 under full Admin priviliges, it runs fine...
But if I run it under "DropMyRights" for LU security (as I was doing before trying RAA), it takes forever to load a webpage, and uses 100% CPU the entire time.
I've checked everything I can think of.
Also, if I run IE in a Limited-User profile (not under DropMyRights), it works fine!

Any ideas/thoughts??

Run Explorer or Control panel with admin rights

I have problem with RAA 2.0.0.421 (beta9)

- I set Folder options -->View-->Luanch folder windows in a separate process = true.
- I also installed PrivBar to easeily monitor rights in IE and Windows Explorer.

In Run dialog box of RAA, I type in : "explorer" and press Enter, sommetime I get a Windows explorer with admin rights, sometime I get a windows explorer with normal user right.

After many times I tried and noticed, I can say the reason as follows:

- If I have a Windows Explorer window already open in explored mode (rightclick start button or my computer and after that select Explorer, or press Windowskey + E), and run explorer command, I will get normal user right. I must close all windows opened in Explored mode before running "explorer" command to get admin right.
- I I have many Windows explorer windows opened in OpenedMode (doubleclick My Computer, for example), and none windows in exploredMode, I always get new Explorer windows in Admin right without closing opened windows.

The same problem when I run shortcut of Control panel.

Please notice that and fix it ASAP if you can.

Mouse moves by itself

I have installed RunAsAdmin v. 2.0.0.150 beta 7 and
thanks for this great product.

A small bug I notice is that the mouse is unresponsive
for a few seconds and then starts moving by itself for
a few seconds.

I've read the RunAsAdmin Policy PDF but still need
some direction - what I'd like is to have a policy in
effect that Outlook, Outlook Express, Avant, IE always
run under restricted account.

Can someone please give me an example of making
Outlook, for example, always a restricted account?

2.0.0.0 beta6 Shell Context Menu

Recently I upgraded from beta5 to beta6 and I am
observing other behaviour. I wanna ask, if is this a
bug or correct.

1. Cannot start any program from Shell Context Menu,
items Run as ..., are not alowed. When I should run
program as unrestricted user, must use Tray Icon -
D&D, etc. When I logon as Unrestricted user, these
options are accessible.

2. I am using explorer setting "Launch folder windows
as a separate process". When is explorer started as
unrestricted, it is not possible start other explorer
window as Normal User until is this window closed.

3. Privileg level display in window captions is not
fully functionally in explorer window. When I click
on folder or move in tree, privileg level is not more
displayed.

ProcessGuard must start from Task Manager

The Gui component of ProcessGuard that starts from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
in Windows XP SP2 (procguard.exe) starts but does not
function. It must be stopped manually and started from
the Task Manager command line to function properly.
Trying to start it from the RunAsAdmin command line
leaves it started, but not functioning. I'm guessing
this is a result of the shell replacement. Can this be
fixed?

This is the 4th issue I have reported today. I really
want to continue using RunAsAdmin, but am not sure I
will be able to because of these issues.

Cannot run process with Admin authority from startup.

I have Sysinternals Diskmon in my startup group. It
starts, but fails with access denied. I have to start
it manually with admin authority from RunAsAdmin
command prompt. Is there any workaround for this?

Cannot use Diskeeper Lite

I can bring Diskeeper Lite up with the Shim installed
in Windows XP SP2, but I cannot analyze a partition or
defragment one. I have to uninstall the Shim to
actually get Diskeeper Lite to work properly.
