I am asking because I am not all that familiar with the nokia SDKs etc - however, I do have programming experience with C++ (gcc) in general.
Just don't quite know how to set everything up in order to be able to build the code on Linux.

So, I would be interested in making some minor modifications to the code, but don't quite know how to compile/test the code then.

This seems to be much more straightforward on Win32 systems, I however happen to be working on a Linux machine most of the time. I would however consider dual-booting into Windows for this purpose if necessary.

On the other hand, maybe there's some way to set up a dedicated build account on a shell server, where people could easily upload/compile/test their code?

I understand it's hard to provide specific support, but maybe a good start would be to enable the sourceforge wiki so that users/contributors could provide a community-driven set of guidelines/tips about setting up a working build environment?

I did find some webpages about compiling S60 apps on Linux, maybe it would already help to collect these via such a wiki and copy/paste the most relevant contents so that they can be augmented slightly?

Thanks & all the best

Certificate Error for german brands

1.
