Hi. I've noticed that the SearchTree can return incomplete results when two or more of the objects in the search tree return the same hashCode().

I believe this is because hash structure in the WordIndex class does not do any kind of bucketing

I really find this package very useful - thanks very much providing it. Would be great to have 100% confidence that matches aren't getting dropped, though.
