Directory Filter Target

I would like to filter messages to folders outside standard mail
folder. All the lists and account folders I have are out of this
folder, like the examples:

/boot/home/mail-lists/
/boot/home/mail-accounts/
/boot/home/mail-archives/

I have the folders that way because the other email client I use to
fetch and filter email scan all folders inside /boot/home/mail/ and
that takes a lot of time.

Sub-folders in Query Folder

The Queries directory should support subfolders that can then
contain queries to allow for greater organization (just as the
mail folders can have subfolders).

This would allow for much greater control over the program and
make the Queries feature (perhaps my favorite feature in
Scooby) much more powerful. For example you could have
folders of who sent messages with each query being a persons
name, to, subject based searches, etc.

Scooby is a GREAT program but can you add
1. option for date in format "MON date/month/year
(I work 3rd shift in US and confuse day of week sometimes)

Password Question

Well, I do not know if this subject fits the request...

I would like Scooby to ask for the account password when I try to
fetch e-mail for an account which has no saved password and without
saving the password on the account settings file after you type the
password for that fetching session.

Something like Be Mail-Daemon or Postmaster. Maybe something like
Eudora Light, which does not the password on the settings file and
keep it on memory until you quit the aplication or ask to forget
password. That would be good.

I do not like to keep passwords saved in files. :^)

Date format for US users

Please add an option in the Date Format picklist in the Prefrences panel that allows US users to display date and time as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS. It is rather annoying to have to figure it out by DD/MM/YYYY, etc. Thanks!

How about a simple way to integrate the user of PGP inside of Scooby, even a simple GUI wrapper for the command line would work excellent.

when recieveing html emails (I hate 'em) if I click on a link, scooby
opens up the link in scooby. It should open links, in html emails, as
new widows in the default browser much like Mail-It.

Re-implement "Send Later"

Why has the "Send Later" command disappeard ? it was quite
useful for us, those who don't have a permanent connection.

Maybe it wouldn't be too hard to implement it again...

Unable to select an account

I'm using Scooby to maintain 2 separate accounts.
At creating a new mail it's impossible to select one of the two account as the sender.
Result: security violation on the smtp server because the wrong account has been used.
