#995 Rabbit memory models for 1 MB / 16 MB code space
The rabbits can, via the XPC register, use up to 1 MB (all Rabbits) / 16 MB (Rabbit 4000/5000/6000) of memory for code. This has some instruction support via lret, llrt, lcall, llcall, ljmp, lljmp.
We should support this in C, similar to our existing large memory model for the stm8 port.
As of [r15540], there is support in code generation in the rabbit branch. But we do not have support in other components yet, so the support in codgen is untested and likely incomplete or broken.
