I am part of the Moodle admin team, we are using version 3.9, with the SEB plugin, this plugin is a part of the standard Moodle distributions
Before, in the old version of Moodle 3.8, we used it through SEB plugins.
Now, when we created the quizzes with SEB activated, as we were used to, on the client that will open the exam with Safe Exam Browser, the screens below attach.
Do you have any idea what could be happening with SEB? We need help to correct or work around this issue.

    Can you provide the log files for that session? They can be found under %LocalAppData%\SafeExamBrowser\Logs.
