Xml to XML Conversion Example

Hi,
We are thinking of using Serving XML, and we are
able to transform XML -> Flat and Flat -> XML using
the examples / tags given in the docs. But for
converting from one XML format to another XML format,
there is no proper Example available in the docs. Also
the XSL / XPath (like for-each) tags that can be used.
It will be really helpful if some reference material
would be available. Also could you please elaborate on
Using Pipeline language like how to write saxFilters
etc.
