restricted by the setting - against SET's claims. &lt;br /&gt;
- if the max number is exhausted and i try to open a copy &lt;br /&gt;
while being in a copy, it focuses the original. not strictly &lt;br /&gt;
a bug, but unexpected. &lt;br /&gt;
- the setting is pointless at all, because automatically &lt;br /&gt;
opening multiple r-o copies is pointless: they are used to &lt;br /&gt;
display locations referenced by a message window, and &lt;br /&gt;
