When performing downloads, we see that the CPU &lt;br /&gt;
consumption is 100%. When using DAP or other &lt;br /&gt;
Download Managers, the CPU utilization never &lt;br /&gt;
execeeds 7-8%. Is it possible therefore to have lower &lt;br /&gt;
CPU utilization during download.&lt;/p&gt;
